• Monitoring Spam Rates: Maintain a spam complaint rate below 0.30%. Monitoring tools like Google's Postmaster Tools can help track your spam complaint rates.

• Professional Email Domains: Use a professional domain for your email campaigns. Avoid using gmail.com or googlemail.com in your "From:" address to prevent your emails from being flagged as spam.
